- State of the art CNC laser technology gives us the facility to produce
curves, shapes
and designs in various metals with burr-free edges, requiring no final tooling. - Our CNC turret press utilizes a grouping of turret-mounted tools to
perform a variety of punching, forming and cutting operations
on metal sheet stock of varying sizes and types. Our capabilities are broad in scope with over 10,000 press tools in inventory. - Our press brake and shearing department utilize cutting, bending and
perforating processes to produce a variety of
sheet and bar products. NC back gauges allow us to maintain close tolerances. - Our punch presses can perform a variety of high tolerance stamping, forming, cutting and deep drawing processes.
- Drilling, tapping, milling, de burring, grinding and assembly are value-added services we can also provide.
From prototype to finished product, Dunkirk Metal Products can provide precision assembly for your finished product components. Our attention to detail
