Metal Fabricating Capabilities

Dunkirk Metal Products has a broad range of experience with all types of metals including low carbon, stainless, aluminum and brass.

Utilization of CNC laser technology gives us the diversity to produce curves, shapes and designs in various metals with burr-free edges, and no tooling required.

Our CNC Turret press utilizes a grouping of turret-mounted tools to perform a variety of punching and cutting operations on metal sheet stock of varying types.  Our capabilities are broad in scope with over 10,000 press tools in inventory.

Our Press Brake Department produces a variety of sheet and bar products.  NC back gauges allow us to maintain close tolerances.

Drilling, tapping, milling, deburring, grinding and assembly are value-added services we provide.

Metal cabinets, fume hoods, grating, heavy duty framing, bed frames, golf cart flooring, lighting containment systems and HVAC components are just a few of the many products produced by our fabrication department.
